REGISTRATION FEES

We inform participants that the Registration for Bioceramics32, the AIMed Workshop and the submission of Abstracts for Hot Poster, will close on September 1st, 2022.
It will still be possible to register for the conference and Gala Dinner on site.

The registration fees are:

* Students are supposed to proof their Student Status by sending relevant documents to the Organizing Secretariat at the address: registrations@bioceramics32.org

We are working to achieve funds supporting the participation of students to Bioceramics32, provided by the JECS Trust of the European Ceramic Society. Further information about the application process will be made available within short time.

The Accompanying person registration fee includes: admission to Welcome Cocktail, Coffee Breaks, Lunches.

Invoice for registration will be sent by email within 10 days after the online payment.

REGISTRATION

Congress Registration and Gala Dinner Registration can be made online, through the Congress website, using the main credit cards and PayPal. Once registered, the participant will receive an e-badge by e-mail. The e-badge is a confirmation letter with a summary of the data and a QR code, to be printed or saved on the smartphone.
Once arrived at the congress venue, the participant will be able to print his own badge using the terminals that allow the reading of the QR code.

CANCELLATION / CONVERSION POLICY

Registration cancellations or modifications are subject to the following conditions:

Until 06 June 2022: Full refund**

From 07 June 2022: no refund 
**All refunds will be processed within 1 month from cancellation, bank charges will be deducted.
 
NAME CHANGE: ONLY one name change will be possible and must be notified by e-mail at: registration@bioceramics32.org
 
Any modification on VAT number, address or financial documentation, requested after the issuing of the invoice, will result in an administrative fee of € 50,00.
